What is the cost of delivery?

Delivery in South Africa is FREE!

How long will it take to receive my order?

The following areas are shipped to via Fastway Couriers within 48 – 72 hours of payment receipt (excluding weekends):

Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Polokwane, Vaal, Harrismith, Bloemfontein, Rustenburg, Witbank, Nelspruit, Randfontein, Klerksdorp, Welkom, George, Paarl, Stellenbosch, Mossel Bay, Plettenberg Bay, Port Elizabeth, East London, Port Shepstone, Pietermaritzburg & Richards Bay

All other areas are sent by post to your closest Post Office (4 – 6 Working Days)

How can I pay for my order?

We offer payment via EFT, Credit Card, Cheque Card, Debit Card and InstantEFT. InstantEFT allows you to do an EFT payment to us via PayFast so that we receive your payment straight away – even if you’re using a different bank to us. This allows us to ship your order straight away and this is our most preferred method of payment.

You can choose your method of payment on checkout.

Do you offer spare parts?

On most ranges we have spares – including spare batteries, chargers, propellers, propeller protectors, landing gear etc. Check out our spares page.

Do you have an exchange/returns policy?

Sure! We offer free exchanges and returns within 7 days – the shipping cost is on us!

Changed your mind? No problem, we’ll take the item back and refund you fully if the item has not been used. Just mail us with your request and we’ll take it from there.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Your tracking number and all relevant details will be emailed to you as soon as the order has been dispatched. For Fastway deliveries, go to www.fastway.co.za and type your tracking number on their home page. For Post Office deliveries, go to www.sapo.co.zaor phone 0860 111 502 with your tracking number handy.
