Of faulty or defective items

Should you have a product that you believe was supplied defective or faulty please feel free to contact us and upload a video and/or images of the problem as well as any notes via the link below. We can then verify the fault and arrange to have the faulty item delivered back to us.

Please ensure to include your details (name,surname,phone number and location) as well as OrderID in the message box so that we can follow up on your return request efficiently.
